tigress' can jam challenge!

Sometime during the blogging drought here at the ongoing debacle, I came into the proud ownership of more than 30 boxes of assorted glass jars from an estate sale in Spokane.  For $20, I couldn't say no, so we loaded up the mini van and endured the 363 mile trip home with the cascading sounds of hundreds of ill packed jars.  Last year wasn't a productive canning year here--too many other things going on.  So even after recycling the mayo jars and giving away what I could, we still have a healthy supply.  (And I might add, this wasn't the first time I couldn't say no to an estate sale stash.  Jars are rarely in short supply around here!)

What better way to get them filled then participating in tigress' can jam!

Altogether, there are 119 participants.  To find out how it works, visit  tigress' can jam!

January's produce in focus is:
