Christmas Cookies are one of my favorite parts of the season. The girls have a cookie exchange on Saturday. 13 girls plus treats for everyone means 7 dozen cookies per invitation so 14 dozen for us. It took us three evenings, but we mixed, rolled, cut, baked and frosted 7 dozen Peppermint Pinwheel Cookies and 7 dozen Peppermint Layer Cookies. Yum! We ate enough to be seriously sick of peppermint for a few days, as if that's possible.
