Even so, we seem to be ready.  The van is packed.  It all fit.  The house is clean.  The mail is stopped.  The chicken sitter is briefed.  The number of things still to be done has dwindled to the single digits, unless I think about it too long.  Tomorrow morning we'll be setting off on our much-planned, long-awaited journey halfway across the country.  Cheers!
