Hannah's State Championship, 11th All Around for the State

Hannah had some tough competition in the Gold Level State Championship Meet this week but she still placed 11th all around in the state for her age division. Going into the meet, I thought she was the oldest in her age division because the age cutoff was 5/15/1999 but I didn't do the math right. She was actually the YOUNGEST. Its a good thing we didn't know that going in as the Petroff Parent mob was nervous enough for her first year state championship . (Far more nervous than she was.) Being the youngest in her age division makes that 11th all around all the more impressive!!! Here are her final scores and rankings: vault: 9.300(14); bars: 9.075(10); beam: 8.925(7); floor: 9.000(23); all around: 36.30(11). And some pictures: Next stop, Bailey's Rec Op State Championship on May 17th & 18th at the Camas High School. Since all the parents and staff for the hosting gym were at the meet this weekend, we aren't expecting to get times and dates until late in the week.
