Camas.

This year's pumpkins turned out great! It's an annual tradition at our house that Dad and the girls carve pumpkins. The first year was on the boat, where the girls managed the gutting but had a healthy dose of dad for the rest. Last year was at the Residence Inn (oh how I miss room service!). This year, the girls did the gutting, the design, the cutting AND the clean up!
Dad's is the white pumpkin. He only got as far as the eyes. I'm not sure I've ever seen a family of pumpkins with ears before, but it seems to work!
We carved the pumpkins in early October. It is now the day before Halloween and they are looking GRUESOME. I'm hoping the health inspector doesn't come by anytime soon!
